Aeroflot and electronic tickets

It appears as if some US airlines and agencies are starting to issue electronic tickets for travel on Aeroflot. I found a press release on this here:

I am going to Russia in June. Will I have a problem if I am on an electronic ticket? My US airline says that two of its systems conflict with regard to whether electronic tickets can be issued, but that they can issue them. My friends in Moscow do not think the Russian law regarding paper contracts (that prevented electronic ticketing) has been changed yet. Does anyone know more about this?
