I was hoping to find out whether the status credits you earn in your final month of the year are 'rolled over'. In my case my anniversary month is August, ie. I started earning my points in August. Will the points I earn this August count for the current year or the next year?
Moreover the frequent flyer guide states that: "Once you achieve, Silver, Gold or Platinum status, you will retain that status for one membership year (minimum 12 months). At the end of that year, your Status credits will be reset to zero." (cf. p.5)
Does this mean that if I attain a higher status that my membership year resets to that month I achieve the higher status?
Sorry for the complexity of the question but it does mean the difference between Silver and Gold for me!
