I had the same problem on Friday comming from MAD. Apparently the carrosel was broken and they were fixing it as they were using it. This resulted in spurts of 10 bags for a full 777... 1hr20min from immigration to customs... Good thing everything else was standard at MIA (my connection was 2hrs late) otherwise I might have had to stay there...
