Well, after recent transatlantic flights in what AA calls First, followed by a superb couple of connecting flights to/from Dubai in BA First, which is truly exceptional.....I'd love to tell AA what I think of their international F product and lethargic flight crews with their crabby attitudes. Interesting how good airlines, like BA and CX, give on the spot surveys frequently...and AA doesn't, in my experience, even on the international 'F' flights...

I think that AA has made significant improvements in the S American J flights, but the international F product, compared to the competition, is a real joke.
