Cape Breton Island for sure. The Cabot Trail is an amazing drive, especially for taking photos. It was the first time I got to take my DSLR out with me on a vacation, and I had an awesome time!

As for lighthouses, you should definitely go visit Peggy's Cove -- probably Canada's best known and most photographed lighthouse.
