what's the highest % of FC seats held for revenue

so what is the most FC seats held back for purchase that anyone has seen??
i've got a SAN-CLT (redeye) coming up, and at this point they are holding 7 of the 12 seats (58%) for revenue.

i thought 25% was OK, but where are we headed?
