It was a flight for which we had so many serious complaints that we could hardly believe it was all happening. (Had not had time to write to AA about it yet.) I'm wondering if this survey was randomly sent or targeted.
I assume others have received these surveys; I'm curious if you thought you and the flight involved were selected intentionally or were randomly chosen? Very handy coincidence in this case if that's what it was.
I had a very nice MAN-ORD flight and I also received the survey this morning.
