Hmmmm, I've only rec'd electronic one - and it was after a dreadful flight from IAD to SFO, well actually when I finally got on a flight the next day the flight was fine, but the 9 hours at IAD as flights were cancelled, etc.. was terrible - so it does sound like maybe the email surveys are focused on bad experiences.
