i would check with jetBlue and see what their policy regarding a missed transfer would be. from personal experience at EWR, i had a 90 minute layover between flights on the same airline... and it took me about 30 minutes to get through immigration but than over an hour waiting for my bags to recheck... and that was on the SAME airline! i imagine 3 hours is sufficient time to make a transfer, but check to see what terminals each use... i imagine a morning arrival will be pretty quick, though. i'd give you a cautious "yes"
