When I read this in the thread listing, I thought you meant the "HILTON" name was wrong. - Ya gotta love the "creative titles" used on FT.

Try calling your elite tier line and report back with the steps you had to take to make this change.

Also, to the mods, this question might want to be added to the FAQs.
