I own a lot of jewelry, much of which is inherited, and most of which is sadly neglected and never worn. I should just give it away to someone who would enjoy it every day, as much as I enjoy those pieces which I do wear almost every single day of my life, at home or on the road.

About 25 years ago I bought an amazing pendant which I wear on a gold Omega almost every day of my life. I just reviewed my travel photo site and realized that I rarely leave home without my signature necklace, earrings, rings and watch, no matter where I travel. I just never think about it. Maybe I should.

I also own a diamond necklace and some platinum pieces which I wear on formal occasion, nice pearls which I rarely wear, and a diamond pendant which is beautiful and easy to wear, but usually left locked up at home.

My daughter isn't really into jewelry. I guess I need a bunch of grand daughters. If that fails, I have tons of nieces and grand nieces, some of whom feel they deserve some of the jewelry I inherited.
