I don't think any of my cars that I have rented this year would pass your inspection. My current vehicle, Chevy HHR, has a funny smell inside, dirty mirrors, dirty interior windows, dirty rear exterior window, and dirty center console just to name a few things I noticed while leaving the airport.

I have complained 3x about the dirty rental car windows at HNL but nothing has ever happened. I will continue to complain until they do something about it.
