There are several other ways (than translating all this info into Russian) to get around this:

A.
If she has any hint of a disability or if remembering all this info makes her dizzy, check her in as a pax needing wheelchair assistance so that she at least is being brought to the right places in immigration, costums, security checkpoint, and brought to the gate of the connecting flight.

B.
And/or do what my wife and I do when her mother comes in on SAS through Seattle from Denmark (she speaks no English): We have one of my sons speaking Danish travel up to SLC-SEA to meat her and escort her from just outside costums to SLC, usually for less than $200 (which include being able to bring her back) with the adventure and opportunity to bond with grandma before anybody else being a huge incentive!

Thus, a family member or friend (preferrably Russian speaking) can take out a $178 r/t ticket MCI-ATL and meet her right outside security rescereening in Terminal E and go with her back to MCI.

As a matter of fact, you can combine A+B !
