You'll be able to use the BA Arrivals lounge in T4. However, you won't be able to use a BA departure lounge as BA doesn't have one in T3 (where your AA flight will depart from), and the BA departure lounges in T1 and T4 are airside - BAA is a bit picky about making sure pax use the lounges in the terminal they are departing from.
