I should be the inspecter.... I rent from the CLT location once a month.... never had a clean car. Two cars ago had soda spilled all over the back seat. I called to complain.. as I didn't notice since I picked up the car at night. They said they would send coupons but I never received any.

Last car didn't have the fuel all the way to the top.. but it was clean.. so I didn't want to change.

The car before that had someone elses Itinerary and mapquest printout in the trunk.

I feel like the official complainer ...
