For every different configuration of 757 that I've been on, we've used the mid-cabin door to enter and exit (door 2L).

One further brief question: which of these 3 configurations is actually the one with the personal in-seat IFE ? From reading other posts on the forum I am under the impression that one configuration (ex-Song birds ?) is actually equipped with this. I will be flying with a 22F seats 757 soon - Am I lucky or should I bring a book as I am not really a fan of those wall-mounted screens ?
