At the Charlotte Marriott City Center, sometimes you got some attention. I am platinum. Sometimes it was just closed curtains and a little straightening up, other times, the corner of the cover by one of the pillows folded down and some kind of candy. Never a towel refresh. It seems to depend on the property and the phase of the moon.
