3C is my personal favorite as you can stretch your legs out into the F aisle. Sometimes FA will bump you with the cart here, but I find the inconvenience to be worth it.
I've had the (dis)pleasure of a lot of CLE-DEN and CLE-ORD CR7 rides lately and have been doing some independent research here, although I avoid the window seats and have only tried a couple (4A, 6A), and they were standard CR7 windows. My only advice if you like windows is to try and fly a different aircraft or upgrade to 1A/2A

The row 12 window seats, as stated, have shorter seats and armrests and lmiited padding. Avoid them.
Just a note on 12B/C: Yes, it takes longer to deplane, but if you are gate-checking your larger carry-on, it doesnt matter since you have to wait for your bags to show up on the jetway anyway. The seat is just more comfortable and the legroom better than row 3.
Of course, 2A and 1A are the best seats on the plane, and I won't book the long CLE-DEN fight unless one of them is available. ANY coach seat on a CR7 is no good for a 3+ hour flight, IMO.
