Yes, it is. There has been a name change from I think, "Awas" or something similar. You can book on it as a normal QF flight. I went over this with AA a few days ago and they confirmed from QF that you can even redeem awards on it if you want. By the same token, you may also use QF points to upgrade on flights operated by AWOPS.
