I give a slight preference to row 3. Row 12 does have more leg room, but then you are so far in the back of the plane that the engine noise is pretty loud and you have to wait a while to get off the plane.

3C is my personal favorite as you can stretch your legs out into the F aisle. Sometimes FA will bump you with the cart here, but I find the inconvenience to be worth it.
