This is kind of off topic.Don't know about cloud club package,because I didn't opt for it when there in December.( there for a big event off premises), but I wanted to add my 2cents on this property. This was the best Marriott property I have stayed in.
(outshines my stays at Harbor Beach, Fort Lauderdale every year by far!)
The service in every area that I was in was impeccable and went the extra mile! An example, I needed a gift bag or wrapping paper, for gift I had brought with me, and since they had none there, i expected that they would just tell me to go to Mall. Instead they made up a beautiful bag out of one of their shopping bags ( it didn't have any logo etc., just a sun deco.) and decorated it with color coordinated tissue and ribbons. When I wanted to pay for their work, they declined. This type of service was evident everywhere I went there, so I can't imagine not being spoiled with Cloudclub pkg. I plan to go this year , just to enjoy the hotel!
