If the WOW terminal is active, it acts like the FAN and spits the contract out "IF" the car class your entitled to, is available.

But the WOW terminal mostly just tells the bus driver if the car is ready or not, and provides real time GPS location data to the agents to know when your going to be there. If the driver is amicable, and your car is ready, ask him if he knows what kind of car you have. Chances are he will say no, but honestly they CAN look it up, but its a bit of work so dont be dissapointed if he says no.
