Thanks, Mike. Regarding the bed "not being touched", does that include not making the bed if it's clearly been slept in? There have been times I've taken an afternoon nap, for example, or (rarely) times that housekeeping never made it to my room in the morning so the "refresh" is the only service my room has seen that day.
