I can't sop laughing over this suggestion! And it's so practical, as well. No need to wait around for the next city-wide hazardous material disposal event, when the TSA is so convenient.
There are other advantages as well. The lines are just about as long at the checkpoints as they are at the toxic waste disposal sites and, while waiting in the TSA checkpoint, at least you aren't sitting in your vehicle burning gas at $3/gal and adding more greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. Also, you don't have to give up half of a Saturday disposing of toxic liquids when you can do it on Monday morning while you're at the airport anyway.
Household toxic waste disposal is one area of TSA mission creep I could endorse!
