Quantas offer nothing at all - and the QANTAS/ANZ Visa Card is for Australian and New Zealand residents only - so unless you can fudge a residential addres sin either Australia or New Zealand, then you are screwed. And if in Australia, then you will need to satisfy the FTRA (Australian posters will know what I mean, overseas posters with Australian contacts willing to supply an Australian address will be able to find out).
