Same day turn around for a Saudi VISA

I have a flight next week on the 19th of April to Riyadh The invitation letter probably won't arrive to Minnesota until 4/16 or 4/17. Will the Saudi Embassy in Washington DC do a same day turn around?

I was going to use TravelDocs, they have been good before, but never needed this quick of a VISA.
