Handel's in Youngstown, Ohio. Best stuff I've had, even in all my travels in dairy country throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.

If "Spouse Like a House" with peanut butter, chocolate covered pretzels, and malted milk balls isn't enough, just go for the "Cake Batter," which tastes exactly like cake batter right out of the bowl. And this time of year, they make a mean "Thin Mint" seasonal variety.

(The flavor for which they're most famous, though, is chocolate pecan - with the ice cream so soft it's difficult to get through a cone without the bottom falling out on you!)
