If you prefer window seats, I recommend row 3 over row 12.

Although the exit row does have better legroom, the window seats 12A and 12D (at least on UAX/SkyWest CR7's, I can't guarantee this information being correct for Mesa or GoJet aircraft) have a shorter seat padding and less of it, because of the placement of the exit door. This makes it quite an uncomfortable seat for most people. However, YMMV.
