Novotel Waterloo The address initially doesn't look too promising (especially when you see the map on the Novotel website), but it's actually in a perfect location.
LapLap is right - in fact the Novotel is 3 minutes from where I live and I always find this location to be great to NYE...!

However, the City Inn is a much better hotel and slightly closer to the action.
