The crews are the same as mainline crews, so the smiles and service themselves vary greatly. For me, there are two reasons I don't like Ted, namely no First Class and being treated like a first time flyer everytime. Sorry, I just don't buy into the Ted being a person thing. If one is flying coach anyway Ted is not that bad...
