Although it's a near-impossible award to get now, the best value I ever got was for (I believe) 200,000 miles in MH/NW F:

DCA-MSP-LAX (NW F)
LAX-TPE-KUL-SYD (MH F)
AKL-KUL-TPE-LAX (MH F)
LAX-DTW-DCA (NW F)

Quite the bargain - especially considering the new MH F product...and depending how much Dom (no, not sparkling one can drink....)
