My recent DCA-BOS US Shuttle A319 used 4/22 for take-off right toward the Anocostia with a quick bank right after take-off and then a left-bank taking us just east of RFK stadium on our way north.

And a while ago I was on a 757 that landed on 15/33... it was clearly a case of the winds that day.
