I'm searching PVG-HKG for three weeks from now, and am finding the cheapest fares at around 4400 RMB (on FM; CX and MU are slightly higher, but not much). Is it really that much more expensive to fly PVG-HKG than the other way around? Or am I just looking in the wrong place?

(Edited to add: just found KA at 3600 RMB.)

Does anyone know a good travel agent, either in Pudong (around Lujiazui) or Puxi (near People's Square)?
