My personal best value is redeeming awards for trips I normally couldn't afford to take (time and/or money restrictions), or when I'm faced with a trip that would cost me considerably more than I put in to earn those miles.

wish it included Cairns.
However, as it stands, Cairns is still part of Australia, and as such, it is considered a "South Pacific" destination for WorldPerks redemption.
