I'll take the 3-3-3 with nearly 35" pitch anyday over 2-4-2 with 31"... oh wait that sounds a lot like United Economy Plus... what a novel idea. I actually am surprised no other US airline has copied United's E+ yet... UA generates extra revenue from the seats that aren't taken by elites and they seem to be getting higher fares than a lot of the other carriers pretty consistently (so far as I can see when I go to book tickets)
