I've noticed some hotels flying the Marriott's brands that are located near airports advertise things like:
Complimentary Airport Shuttle available everyday from ___ to ____ at this ______ hotel
However, some of these hotels fail to highlight on the hotel's home page on marriott.com that the shuttle bus might cut off service prior to the indicated times and/or will cut off operating for the day unless the hotel guest calls well prior to the cut-off time noted on the hotel's marriott.com home page.
This gets really annoying when the cost of the cab to get to the airport hotel costs more than the hotel room sometimes and you've been waiting at the airport hotel shuttle pick-up location even before the cut-off happened. Anyone else have this issue nail them too?
