The Lovedale is a surprising choice, it is a lovely wine but only when over 10 years old and has a multi-year closed down period while aging ... somehow I doubt it is the '86 that QF is serving. And the Huberts PN doesn't like to be shaken (don't ask how I know this). I'd settle for Penfolds The Valleys Chard (quite cheap but travels well); thanks for the tip to check the galley for the good wine -- maybe the captain gets to place orders for leftovers.
