Call after 10 Pacific.....HNL always answers 1k line then.....ICC Web Support in an embarrassment and a sty in the eye of United Elites...or for anybody for that matter....ICC stands for United does not care about your time or actually accomplishing anything....as an aside during irregular ops a few weeks ago 1k line went to ICC...I had misconnected on a full F Fare...I called instead of waiting in line and got ICC....me: "Is there availability in First on the next Flight connecting through ORD instead of DEN?"..ICC: "Yes there is, however you did not pay for F on those flights, you paid for F on the flights you missed so you are not qualified to fly F on the next flights.".....me: " What the #$%^&$# are you talking about?"....ICC: "You can only fly F on the flights you originally book."....ME: "click"..Redial...get HNL Call Center...HNL Call Center: "Yes, Mr. SFO you are booked in First on the new routing, thank you so much for your business and patience."....enough said!
