Last March we stayed at Hotel Europa, steps from the Sol stop on their underground. I thought it was excellent value for money at Euro 75, although we got what I believe was one of their Euro 95 rooms. Huge room, facing right onto the plaza, hardwood floors, big bathroom with floor to ceiling marble. These rooms are now Euro 80 and 100, respectively, it would appear from their web site.
