Read Wikipedia again? Of course Finish is not a Indo-European language.

So what? By the way, languages: Danish is official language in certain parts of northern Germany. So is Sorbian in the south east and Frisian in the north west. Hopefully you will not declare Germany to be a Scandinavian, Slavic or northern Dutch country? And German is the official language in certain parts of Italy, France and Belgium. But these nations would certainly not fancy to be considered as germanic countries.

I have a certain feeling that you try to promote a "pan-scandinavian" approach by integrating Finland and the rest of the nordic countries into Scandinavia. Scandinavia consits of Norway, Sweden and (with only little doubt) Danmark.

You might wish to point out, that there is a territory belonging to Finland where Finish is not spoken and not even an official language. And I would even agree that this territory belongs to Scandinavia. They even use real Swedish there and not the Swedish spoken in western Finland.
