Bers : How may one become a "QC (life) silver", as you apparently are?
Not having a loan of the oldies, are we, young bers?</font>
I am a life member of the Qantas Club (at the cost of $3795. I am also a Silver member of the frequent flyer program. On boarding passes I am "QC Silver" and my QC card doesn't have an expiry date on it, instead "Life Member".
The one unwritten benefit is the extra free guest you don't need guest passes for.
I'm still unsure of the exact best way to write it because I am not actually a Lifetime Silver member (as in I've not made it to 7000 lifetime tier/status credits).
As for the second comment, forgive me if I understood you wrong, but if you are suggesting that I am living off a loan off my parents, you're wrong. The QC Life Member thing is my hard earned money - every cent. I always aimed to get it at 18 but made it in at 19 so I was happy enough.
