The QF staff I've spoken too lately have been fantastic. The lady on the Internet line that upgraded me ADL-PER was constantly apologising for little time delays. It was obvious she hadn't done many of them but the whole call was hardly long at all (short enough that I didn't notice the time) but she was very polite.
The sales staff specifically have been good too - pure quality service. Nothing amazing specifically but nothing bad and that's what counts.
