4/8 AA 835 IAD - SJU
Just curious, we have 7 pax (4 PLT, 3 GLD) and not one upgrade has popped.

I look at AA and Expert Flyer and see that only 3 are taken in F (and it's been that way basically since the tickets were booked). Meanwhile Y is so packed we do not even have seat assignments. (also I am assuming 2 of the 3 in F - 2A&B - are FAM seats, right?)

Would the reason none have popped yet be because yield management is holding them for sale since the back is packed?

(and before anyone thinks it's a pipe dream to get all 7, we got 'em on the way up! )
