I remember being served a hot breakfast in C IAD-FRA back in 2000 - it was a dish of scrambled eggs and wasn't very good. No tasty breakfast meat like sausage or bacon, just an oval dish with eggs. I'd rather have a decent fruit plate/croissant anyway, plus coffee, of course. I second the idea of a smoothie - that would be preferable to yogurt, IMO.
