Hi,
Since the Halekulani is booked I'm considering the Kahala. Have seen on it's site that it's being renovated and under constuction not. I'm a bit worried about the noise. I also heard the hotel looks really run down and I might be wasting my money. However, it is on a nice beach, away from the crowds, but still close. My other choice is the Sheraton Surfrider. Any opinions about this hotel? It is on the beach but in the thick of things. How are the rooms? (I've considered W but they have no beach.)
