Meat market/butcher shop recommendations?
I want to find a good butcher shop in the city. I really enjoy Casey's Meats (in Western Springs), but it's too far to away.

I go to Dirk's Fish Market in Lincoln Park for seafood, but I need a good beef/pork/chicken market.

Thoughts?
