A friend is doing the following:

PER-CGK (1 week), CGK-HKG-MNL (3 weeks), MNL-HKG-SYD. Just wondering about currency stuff and that sort of garbage.

Has about 500 or so in South Pacific Pesos (otherwise known as AUD), and a stack more on the cards.

Just wondering about best options for currency exchanges and so on, how much to change before arrival in CGK, which currency to use whilst in CGK (USD or IDR), and the same for MNL (USD or PHD, and how much) - that sort of cr@p. Also need to know WHERE to do the currency changes.
