I qualified (with 4 Round trips ) for the 5-10-25 offer, and also flew RT IAD-FRA during the Jan 9 - Mar. 31 promo period. The 15,000 bonus miles posted on a BDL-IAD RT that was a completely different PNR than the IAD-FRA PNR.

I did not get the 10K FRA bonus miles, and the "6-8 weeks post flight" period has now passed. So when I called Mileage Plus CS tonight to track them down I ran into the "this offer is not combinable with other non-combinable offers" denial of service attack - and it's REALLY hard to explain symbolic logic to these folks. Anyone have a good way to demonstrate that neither one of these offers IS a non-combinable offer? Or, to put it another way, that saying "it's non-combinable with non-combinable offers" doesn't, in and of itself, make it non-combinable? I'm stumped.

Or should I just go... no, that's why I left NYC.
