1. Sometimes, we need to be more offended. The racist words from Don Imus regarding the Rutgers women's basketball team were worthy of immediate dismissal. Yet, many laugh it off, saying "That's just Imus." Sorry, but sometimes offense needs to be taken.

2. If a crew member mentioned the pilot was drunk, that would be immediate cause for the flight to be cancelled, or the pilot pulled off to be tested.
