And this week's auto transfer of points didn't occur on Sunday as usual. I called this morning asking why and they said there was a delay and they should transfer by the end of the week. I then asked about my missing ValueMags points for 12/20 and they said they had been received from VM and they should also post by the end of the week, but only on the discounted price. Seems they are trying to delay transfering miles even longer by not doing the auto transfers.
